I need focus, better work ethics, not to get distracted and work through the difficult processes in order to be the successful real estate agent I know I can and want to be. I switched agencies last December which wasn't an easy process but necessary for me to grow professionally and mentally. At the new agency I partnered with another agent, it was okay but he really had a lot of irons in the fire and didn't have time to do more. So I decided to partner with the agent that originally recruited me. He's focused, has good work ethics, a great positive personality and successful to boot, all the qualities I want in myself. I already see a change in myself and I aspire to be the best and most authentic agent in my market. Thanks for the new article on Khadijah.
